Had a very good life and now it's changed but still able to find contentment.
Great attitude.

In my younger years it would have been "do"...do X, do Y, do Z; and in old age it became "be", though rather quickly be X, be Y, be Z - the definitions and names, faded away. It's something like floating on your back, you know whether its happening or not.

To have a completely fulfilled life means to me that a person can use their natural gifts to the highest and best use, no matter who they are. It doesn't mean everyone should be astronauts or internet millionaires, being a teacher or a parent can provide complete fulfillment.

200 years ago women couldn't be doctors and people of color were slaves forbidden to learn how to read and write. Fulfillment means equal opportunity to use your talents.

A fulfilling life means that you have no regrets when you die, no matter what age that is.
For me it means to be healthy. Without that you can''t do much of the things you'd like to do . To be healthy means to not be in pain and have the ability to run. With those two things going for you the skies the limit.
Next is to live without anxiety. Life isn't worth living with panic attacks.
Fulfillment means having someone who loves you that you love in return. The more the better.
Next comes hobbies you enjoy. If you love good books and read them it's great. Same with travel. If you have the means and the health then by all means see the world.
In conclusion it means having nice things that you're proud of including your children and grandchildren. Because one of my children has been on drugs for years , but I do possess the previous criteria, I'll never be fulfilled and will have to learn to live with that.
