It's difficult to imagine that this type of gestapo action could be legal in America. But, such could be the outgrowth of too much big government, activist judges and bureaucracies that exist only for their own perpetuation.

Thank you for posting this article. How do individuals get away with this "hijacking" an elderly person's life? How is this not illegal? There is a unique place in H3ll for people who prey on elderly people (and children, and anyone who is more vulnerable). That woman April Parks and vultures like her are repugnant individuals.
