Looking at Trilogy communities. I would appreciate input from people who live in one of these communities. Are you happy with your purchase? Did they live up to your expectations?

Bump. We are looking at Trilogy Summerlin. Curious as a early/mid 50's people we will do there.

It seems awfully pricey. For the same cost I can get a nice lakefront home here. Vegas is too hot for us in summer.

Don't live in one, but do live in Summerlin...that area is really nice. If you can afford it - go for it!

Ok...The community is a lot smaller then I thought....only 354 homes.
