Me and you both.

But you know something, I think they might be onto something. My family... long life. I just spent thanksgiving with my 100 year old Aunt. She's a Jack Daniel gal. every night.
My other Aunts, all well into their 90's, eat fats, sugars, carbs all the live long day.

My late hubby??? health nut. exercises, eats right, long distance cyclist. dies at 52.

Pizza has my vote, along with lots of other food.

Don't like soda, if nothing else then ginger ale. NEVER diet.

Two of my great aunts had a shot of whiskey every night. Both lived to over 100. The doc said no problem, just have the shot once you are in bed so no chance of falling.

I will add they were both tiny women who had grown up on a farm and probably seldom ate processed food. No dementia either.

Diet Coke, the health drink of the 80s! That's what I call it.

DRINK DIET COKE FOR SUCCESS. The guy elected POTUS drinks a dozen a day. elRushbo drinks about five a day. Drink Diet Coke, become a great success!

My long life so far at 79 is not due to Diet Cokes believe me. I am strong and healthy due to 25 yrs of supplements and genes. The remaining years are yet to be revealed. I'm banking on no cancers or dementia due to antioxidants.

I'm banking on several things: chocolates, fruits, vegetables and wines ;-)

I should live to be at least 100 years old according to all the longevity/lifespan calculators that I have used. I am doing great, no need to change anything like start taking Grape Seed Extract ;-)

chocolate comes from a plant so technically it IS a vegetable. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
