Hubbie laughs at/with me every time it comes on the radio now.
I love that song

Then there's Chuck Berry's Back in the USA:

"Did I miss the skyscrapers, did I miss the long freeway?
From the folks in California to the shores of the Delaware Bay
You can bet your life I did, till I got back to the USA."

And Sly and the Family Stone:

"Hot fudge in the summertime"

Talking about Sly and the Family Stone, I always thought the words and title were "Thank You for Letting Me Be Myself Again" not "Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin)"

I always heard the line in Free’s “All Right Now”, ‘let’s move before they
raise the parking rent’. as, ‘let’s move before they raise the f***ing rent’!

This was my choice too but not sure how many Pearl Jam fans there would be in the retirement section.

Love the video of the misheard lyrics, which is basically the entire song

Creedence Clearwater: "Oh, Lord, suckin' on old tires again".

Then I thought it was "Oh, Lord, stuck in Ohio again". (Close, but no cigar; "Ohio" was "Lodi").

I still cannot get the lyrics to "Smells Like Teen Spirit", which Weird Al did a wonderful parody of.
