the title of the song is "lodi" so a clue?
Why do you assume I knew what the title of the song was? I heard it on the radio.

I always thought it was "I want a new Truck."

My most recent one is Portugal's song "Feel It Still." I thought she was singing "Ooh ooh, I'm a rebel with a kick stand" (thought it was referring to her having a motorcycle) but it's really "I'm a rebel just for kicks and..."

Hubbie laughs at/with me every time it comes on the radio now.
It's "I'm a rebel just for kicks now", and there is no "she" in the band. That's John Courley's falsetto.

This is not an "oldie" but the first time I heard "Body Like a Backroad" I thought they were saying "Body like a backhoe" and I was all like who wants to look like a backhoe wth
