I used to be like that. Had 20/400 vision; needed my glasses in order to find my glasses.
Then one day the optometrist said he had good news: You're getting cataracts. Why is THAT good news??!! Because when we take away your cataracts, we can take away all your visual problems.
I had no IDEA! But sure enough, hours after the procedure I could see 20/20. I only need a slight 1.50 correction in order to read.
Maybe it'll happen to you.
Already had cataract surgery in my 30's!! I'm blind in 1 eye and poor vision but them taking the near and far sightedness away helped the good eye which in most people would be a horrible eye.
I've tried to do a lot in life but could have done a lot more and had more courage to do things I regret not doing - just because I couldn't see.
Hmmm, after minimal thought, I'd say the courage of Donald Trump.
I personally do not like him. I do not think he is a good POTUS. But the fact he believes in himself so much and had that courage to put his name in the mix for POTUS (and of course ultimately winning) is a trait that can take you a very long way. He proved that by becoming arguably the most powerful man in the world, and that simple fact is quite amazing. With all of his perceived flaws by his detractors, it didn't stop him from becoming President. That takes guts. That takes courage.
There are plenty of others in history that had that courage. Martin Luther King for one. He lost his life, but there is no denying his courage.
That's not courage he has, it's the biggest balls in the world.
