Lately I have noticed I forget things that I should remember.

My niece is 44 years old, I have known her for her entire life and I could not remember her name. I could remember he husbands name all the kids name and even the family dog but could not remember hers. Then, 30 minutes later, I remember it in a flash!

Have you ever just completely lost something without a plausible reason?

I sometimes worry about my mental health, but then I go out and listen to other retirees talking, and I am relieved.

However, glasses. "Losing" glasses became a big PIA, even if I did manage to find them every time....I hated the safaris that this required. My solution is that I only buy glasses now red frames now. They don't run away any more.

I’ve been losing glasses since I was a kid lol! Not about age but more to do with current distractions, stresses, health issues, or sometimes we just have other things on our mind.
