What Time Do You Usually Get Into Your Bed (adults, place, retired)

I work. Around 10 once or twice a week. 11ish most nights. I usually do one late night during the work week. On weekends, it's usually around 1.

I usually get in bed between 8 & 9 and watch tv for a couple of hours.

Mostly every day we go to bed after 10pm. That doesn't mean I fall asleep at 10 pm though.

10 to 11 pm. Last night I managed to get 8 hrs. I felt like crap most of the day. I typically get 5 to 5 1/2 hours. I'll take the 8 hours, that probably won't happen any time soon again.

Husband is 71. 1.30 am
Its how we lasted 47 years. I love my morning quiet time and he enjoys his night owl quiet time.

I'm not retired yet and I go to bed pretty early - 9-9:30 because I get up early for work. If I could sleep in, I'd definitely stay up later, regardless of my age!
