LOL yeah, it's kind of ironic that thinking about death was mostly something I did during my career years. Now that I'm retired I'm too busy.
I'm having way too much fun at this stage of life to think of such things. When I'm 90 and can no longer dance the night way, I may consider an escape plan. The meanwhile, I have much better things to look forward to...
If terminally ill, I expect to get proper palliative/hospice care with painkillers, if needed. I happily live in a death-with-dignity state (so glad to get out of the repressive Massachusetts Catholic environment). As for a method of suicide, I think that has been roundly discussed elsewhere.
My health care proxy has clear instructions to pull the plug if in doubt.
In a good way, I hope. Possibly travel into more dangerous territories, dying while doing things you love. I’m been thinking of visiting Israel. I take more risk as I get older with my travel.
I don't. Rarely sick if ever. Minor aches and pains nothing a couple of Advil in the morning doesn't cure. Lucky for 66 I guess. Crazy I know but I thought I would live forever was I was young.
