My plans are to win the lottery, buy a log home in the mountains on a thousand acres, have sex with Jennifer Lawrence, and get the brakes done on my Jeep.
OK, what are you going to do that afternoon?

[1] continue renovating our home

[2] continue growing AutHaven

[3] intermittant fasting on a regular basis

[5] find supports to help with my son and husband, more therapy for myself

[6] birth of baby goats!

[7] 14 day cruise next November, which will cost us next to nothing

[8] start a tiny baked goods, catering business

[9] get a role, no matter how small, in one of the local theater groups productions.

[10] spend TONS of times with my best friend since forever,. Stuff happened, and we lost contact and finally found each other again 3 weeks ago, and we are both beyond thrilled about it. We both begged the other to come over for Christmas, but we both have family coming to our respective houses.

2019 Plans:

Making as much money as possible. I now have 10 families to help support, plus a pond full of expensive and finicky fish.

Starting to collect Social Security.

Going back to making as much money as possible.

How much of your stress and feelings about your current situation have you shared with her?

Extrapolate the same situation with find yourself in with her to the rest of your life and if it sounds daunting then you know what you need to do.

Make final decision regarding when I will retire; early 2020 (age 63-1/2), or year end 2022 (FRA), or???

Status quo for 2019. We planted ourselves exactly where we wanted to be 15 years ago.

We are still able to maintain this 25 acres, which is a good thing since nobody under 45 wants to get dirt under their fingernails anymore.

I still muck stalls and spend a couple hours daily with my horses.

We are prayerfully hopeful DH's treatments for prostate cancer are a success. This is one time his hypertensive Type A self's boundless energy is paying off. Nobody but me realizes the radiation does make him a bit tired.

In summary: We take life on this Hill "one heartbeat at a time" and hope for many more years of quiet life on this rural hill

Finish renovating our house. Yard and some trim, window framing and interior door painting yet to do...

Continue saving and put a large amount of money on our mortgage which is small. We want to pay it off in two years.

Just more of the same, please! Which makes me either the least greedy or the most greedy of responders, not sure which, but sure it’s an extreme.
