President Trump is tweeting about naming it after himself -- something about a Tower.

He'll move it to Mount Rushmore if he can get funding from Congress. Or Mexico

If you drive off the road doing a double take on this thing, and in the process throw a rim or get a flat tire, you would then have to re-tire!...

This is necessary info to make the thread topical and appropriate to the forum, and prevent it from potential Mod actions....

It's a fertility totem erected by an ancient society. The steep rim of hills in that area has a lot of interesting formations. Here's a couple of shots of one farther north, you can see from the Bob Straub Parkway. It looks to me a lot like Uncle Joe Stalin from the side, but looks like a gargoyle from the front view.

I've climbed up there many times and once met a guy on top who was 80 years old. He said that on his high school graduation night, he and the others on the wrestling team went up there, packing several cases of beer. After he had drunk many bottles, he climbed onto it and did a handstand, with about 250 feet of sheer drop below him. The top section is entirely separate and has been held on only by gravity, for how many millions of years?
