Are people from Canada permitted to retire in the US, in TN for instance? I have read about land/home Sales in a place called Stone Cliff Acres and wonder if anyone has any info on it. I also like to know about non US citizen taxatio etc.

Huh? This country has a lot to offer and as an English speaking retiree I can say I have not found another place in the world I would rather call home. There are many things that are not perfect but overall it is closer than anywhere else I have been.
