Nope, if I need to be up early I just tell Alexa when to wake me up!

I still work but never set an alarm clock. I sleep better not worrying if it is going to go off.

I set my alarm clock for the weekdays only. I just like getting up at the same time and then sleeping in a bit on the weekends. Habit? Maybe.

DH has an internal alarm clock and never sets it. I don't know how he dares do this but it works for him.

I only set mine if I have an appointment and doubt I could or would get up without it.

Only for medical appointments.

I did toss my stylish lunch tote in my desk trash can before I walked out of the office for the last time.

Wow, that's early. Just curious but what time do you go to sleep?

I've been waking up long before sunrise for years. Typically 4 am-ish.

Now that I'm in Arizona and having to do so much physical labor to keep up the property, I usually crash for a nap at 3 pm and wake at 6. Bedtime is around midnight.

It's nice that DH is here now to help out. Except he always wants to go shopping. And that's tiring, too.

Correct. Even if I have to be up at 3:00 AM for a flight I tell myself the night before, "Wake up at 3:00." I'm awake at 2:30.
