Just curious

Right now, it is 55%

As soon as we are completed building, and sell the house we currently reside, it will be 19%.

This includes property tax, landline, business phone, internet, trash service, prop tax & monthly subscription for an alarm system
(the alarm system, landline, business phone & internet is a bundle package from Sebastian)

Until recently it was about 23%, but then we put on a new roof and gutters, with financing. Now closer to 28%.

Same here. Last year I'd guess it was around 18 percent for two homes.

A little less than 25% in 2018. This includes replacement windows in the kitchen plus installation of plantation shutters, but it's always something every year. I've already replaced the hot water heater and a wall oven this year.

Just under 5%. That's property tax, HOA, power, water/trash, dish, wife's mobile phone, insurance, property taxes, internet and a round-up to the next hundred point per month. No mortgage, no debt.
