No stress?

I worked for Verizon for 25 years, and hated every day of it. Hated my bosses, hated my co-workers, hated my employees, and hated the customers.
My PSA has always run in the neighborhood of .8. I have been retired 25 years, age 81. I worked for a public utility, Nuclear and fossil fuel electric generating plants, for 30 years. Loved my job, worked with talented people, had good bosses, no direct contact with retail customers. Maybe it was the customers?

Low PSA reading, and hosing your company for years. Lots to be proud of, dude.

What about the men you worked for? Also, integrity much?

Maybe it wasn't the women not being smart. Maybe it was deception at play.

I AM NOT BLAMING YOU. I do understand that people stay with jobs they hate for what they consider to be good reasons. But, so help me, God -- I would never ever have stayed that long in a job I hated. You're a much stronger person than I am. I could never have done it.

I was a project manager in customer service. CS was 70% female. When an odd male made it into management, they didn't last long.

Integrity don't butter my bacon.

Hey I'm an old guy, like most retirees. 30 years ago I talked about girls and hotrod cars.

Today it's all about test results.

I'd rather not have any bacon (or butter for that matter) than give up my integrity.

But that's just me.
