No, my number actually went down after I retired. I'm 61 now, and have been retired for 3 years.

No stress?

I worked for Verizon for 25 years, and hated every day of it. Hated my bosses, hated my co-workers, hated my employees, and hated the customers.

Good news. Won't say "good work" ha ha. Like you can work for that? Don't know if your MD mentioned this but my uro guy said, if your PSA is under 1.5 at age 60 you're pretty much home free regarding ever being diagnosed with prostate cancer. So, we're there with room to spare!

No wonder you're taking out all your frustrations on the CA forum. 25 years of a job you hate. Wow! Well, at least it was only 25 years, not 40!

Well there must have been something you liked about it or you would have found a new job and not have spent 25 years there.

They paid me well. And to be honest the women I worked for weren't that smart, so it allowed me to goof off, and take extended travel on the company's dime.

I've hunted and fished all over the USA under the guise of "project management".

When you're an old guy, your PSA number is more important than your back account balance number
