My phone is always connected in my car via usb to use the map function should I need it and also to activate CarPlay to listen to podcasts. I prefer talk over music. Also helpful that it charges the phone.

It was handy that I could use the phone via my steering wheel, but now that my immediate emergency is over Iím back to not answering the phone when Iím driving. And never text. At a red light I can tapa button and listen to Siri read them to me. If I need to answer quickly, I can find a place to stop off the road and reply. But my family doesnít panic text, they share happy texts.

So appreciative that you donít text or hold phone while you drive.

In my area it is illegal but still see people holding phone and talking or texting while driving. So dangerous.

I read an actual paper library book maybe once a year, here we have virtual rentals that expire like paper books so why drive a car for miles? Back and forth, waste of time.
Recently I bought from amazon a book called "Educated: A Memoir" and I read this in one sitting! Really recommend here is the link

Reading a hardbound book right now, loaned to me by a friend who had just finished it. As the book passed from her hands to mine, it felt like a friendship being nourished - knowing we'll share our ideas on it later. Late this afternoon, the book was sitting in a spot where dappled sunlight danced across its cover. It felt old-fashioned and reassuring and comforting.
