So so true.

Usually, that is the way.

I remember my mom. I loved when she was in a good mood. We'd come home and there would be cookies! But, then, I also remember coming home and she'd say "I need to cheer up - let's make cookies!" and we did.

I am mad at myself because I ate, then I felt awful physically and mentally and the cycle begins!

One thing keeps me from baking here is the heat, therefore most serious baking is only for the winter. Kill two birds with one stone kind of thing.

Maybe taper off your work. Don't just quit completely.

You have your own business, maybe keep a couple of clients.
