Expected COLA right now is 1.8% so how will Trump's tariffs affect this (or will it?) Just trying to get a head start on 2020 Medicare changes, costs, and personal liabilities. TIA

I do not think inflation will change enough in either direction from the tariffs to identify the change with the tariffs. I would say no effect for 2020.
