I do that once a week!

I call Thursday my day "off". No cleaning, meetings, no stores, only restaurants if i feel like it.

I got saved. Many bad habits disappeared or were just toned down. Acquired a few new bad habits but lesser on the scale than the others.


Generally you replace bad habits with something good, it eliminates or the huge human struggle to overcome them. JMHO
