I can't tell you anything about this company but after having been in the medical insurance business for over 30 years I can tell you to do one thing: read, read, read. OK so that's three but it's all the same.
Do not ever buy a policy without reading it first. If you don't understand something go to someone who does. Don't do what you are doing now and that's asking for advice from people. One person might have a policy with this company that is stellar but that doesn't mean yours will be. Also the opposite can be true.
Did I say to read the policy beforehand? Yes. And ask questions and then get everything in writing and signed if possible. I am not kidding. An insurance policy is a legal document. It will only do what it says it will do. If the company tries to renige on the contract you can take them to court to fulfill the terms. But if it isn't in the contract it won't be covered.
Good luck and one more word of advice. Go to several companies and make comparisons.
