We use Wii Fit - it's fun, and keeps us moving, ya know? It actually got me running again (jogging in place), and I hate to run.

It has a lot of balance games, and aerobic, and strength. I think it has some yoga stuff as well, but I haven't tried any of it.

The Wii also came with some games, and I use the bowling game.

We're retired, but I don't think of us as being seniors - we're 57 and 56.

Good to know! Thanks!

As to your being "seniors" I know what you mean but it seems that being "senior" and being "retired" go hand in hand. No offence intended to anyone who retired sooner than 65 was ment.

Well, the verdict is in on how the Wii performs for us. WE THINK IT'S GREAT AND A TON OF FUN!!!

Now mind you I'm 63 & wife is 62 and we need to get loose and toned which means getting off the couch. Much to my amazement the Wii does that very well while providing a great deal of fun in the process.

Highly recommended! Yes, Indeed!

We set up the Fit and used it some. Great way to exercise. Looks like I'm going to get into Yoga after all... I got into a "game" where you hold the controller sideways and run in place to pedal a bike. The controller steers. You ride around an island running into objects then find a final goal. Good 9 minute workout.

We have been alternating between bowling, golf, Mario Kart and Mario Galaxy.

Highly recommended and a lot of fun!
