Try poking around Cumberland and Lincoln. Both are safe towns, and it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Providence from either one. I'd stay away from south Cumberland/Valley Falls/Central Falls though, as it's a tough area. There are new loft apartments right on the Blackstone River in Cumberland as well, which I have heard are very nice!

The streets you listed in Warwick are OK...but try to target your search to these areas: All of East Greenwich and Warwick neighborhoods/sections: Cowesett, Govenor Francis, Gaspee, Greenwood and Hoxsie are the best areas!
