Default Airport transportation

Before I start searching blindly, can someone recommend public transportation that runs between Logan and Green airports (trains, bus, etc.). Thanks

Communter Rail now has limited numbers of service from TF-Green to South Station (Boston), at South Station, you can transfer to Silver Line Bus to Logan.

However, the whole trip will probably take you 2 hours one way. If you ever do this, make sure leave plenty of time for unexpected delay.

Thanks everyone! These airline prices are killing me, even with fuel as high as it was a year ago the flights were never as high as they are now.

Just curious, why are you looking to travel between the 2 airports? Commuter rail is definitely the easiest option. If Peter Pan bus does it, that's probably your best bet if the commuter rail times don't work for you. I didn't think Peter Pan went to TF Green. Otherwise, take Peter Pan between Logan and Providence Kennedy Plaza and take RIPTA from KP to TF Green.

Why not just take the Peter Pan (formerly Bonanza) bus line to Logan from Providence at the No. Main St. exit ? Round trip tickets are sold I believe. http://www.peterpanbus.com/

I'll be visiting Providence soon via Boston, does one need to buy Commuter Rail tickets ahead of time? And what are the busy hours so I can avoid crowded trains?

You don't need to buy them ahead of time. You can pay on the train or buy a ticket at the station. Busy hours are rush hour. Boston to Providence would be the afternoon/evening rush hour. Providence to Boston would be the morning rush hour.

Buy ticket on board will cost extra $1-2 as surcharge.
