I was delighted to get a nice state income tax refund this year. It took less than a week for the refund, after the free tax helper at the library sent in my return. Never having taken advantage of the free help before, and never having bothered to file a state return since I never thought I made enough for a refund, I was also delighted to discover I could file for 09 and 10, which I did. Yippee!
