You could start with
www.valleybreeze.com which is a local small paper taking in Cumberland, Lincoln and northern RI. Otherwise I would suggest calling some Realtors in the northern RI area, many of them own investment property; and may be able to suggest property that is for sale and the sellers may bewilliing to rent. There is also
www.apartmentguide.com and other apartment websites in RI where you can get information on Cumberland Crossing, a newer type apartment complex, well located and I believe they accept pets. Rents I think are in the $1400/mo range. In the Lincoln area try Kirkbrae Realty.
