Cheap motels/hotels in Providence area?
Anyone know of any cheap, friendly and safe hotels/motels family owned or otherwise....that are say under $55 a night in the Providence area or Northern Rhode Island (Say Pawtucket) or even Fall River/Attleboro MA/
Woonsocket....Warwick, Cranston Greenville , North Providence, East Providence areas? Any help would be appreciated. I'd prefer ike $35-50/night since I'll be staying one night. Just a room/Cable tv, etc. is all I need, nothing spectacular.....as long as its in a safe area and within reasonable distance to the city. Thanks for any help. Sincerely, Jeff Winchester, MA

Try Seekonk, Mass. It's close to Providence and for some reason tons of hotels/motels are located there. With some calling you should find a decent deal. Good luck.

DO NOT stay at Mary's Motor Lodge or Knights Inn. They are crapholes.
