Horton's in East Providence. My husband and I have been going there for about 20 years now, almost weekly. Also, in season they have the best fried clams, hands down, that I've had outside of Souza's in Plymouth, MA.
Never met a Bill. Had a great political debate with Tommy himself once though. He was digging on the English, and then when I informed him my father is English he says "Oh I actually love all the Brits!" haha
Have to say I find Horton's incredibly greasy- don't like it at all.
Didn't Horton's close? I thought last time I was in that area it had but I could be mistaken.
