Newport/North End
Looking for any info on the city of Newport and the North End. I've read on the internet that the city is fixing up the North End of Newport. Is it a safe place to live/shop? Would you walk through the North End at night, we have small children and we are looking for a safe place to raise them. We're thinking of moving to a home near the Community College of Rhode Island. Can you walk to shops from that area? Thanks
