Well not picking on you but it is the 40 steps where we grew up and played on the cliffs, and we always did Hot Pastrami on Rye with mustard. Awful Awfuls are not as good as the originals from my days in RI. What is a Rhodislander...first it is attitude and Newporters are on the top of the pile. Now much older I can say it is a nice place to be from and it is always a nice place to visit and I still call it my home state and Newport will always be my hometown. Can't get good seafood in Texas. They do shrimp and do it well...Duh and think catfish is a seafood. I tell visitors here on the Texas coast that if they want good seafood pack up and go to Rhode Isalnd.
