Looking at home in Richmond...wyoming area...taxes seem to have increased greatly last 6 yrs with assessed value unchanged....any tax issues in Richmond area? major building projects or other info I may want to be aware of...we are retirees, not from Rhode Island....thanks for any input...
Yeah, I read parts of the comp plan...it's a bit overwhelming...while on our last trip we heard the scoop about the coventry fire department...that's what I'm looking for...unfunded pensions? Major mall or industrial construction? Toxic waste sites...what those in the community know but would be unpleasant surprise to newcomers...we are coming from rural pa...lived here 10 yrs before we found out the local power plant was one of the biggest polluters in US.....don't want a similar unpleasant surprise ....( of course we moved here pre-internet, but the locals were well aware of the toxic issues)
