There certainly will not be any rush of millennials looking to purchase their first home in our state. Taxes are too high, students loans are still being paid down, and frankly - there isn't any new business in the state to keep them here and interested!
I'm a single 30 year old with a good income, living (renting) in the East Side - currently working in Real Estate (title insurance). My resignation goes in today, as I have accepted a new position in Norwood, MA. One step closer to removing myself entirely from RI (transplant of 8 years from Philadelphia).
