Good idea for a thread. For a small state, RI sure offers a lot of picturesque places. Here are some of the photos I've taken around RI:

Wow I live here in RI and I didn't realize how pretty it is till I saw your pics. Too bad you have to be a millionaire to be able to afford the taxes here.

One other point....
Those pictures are beautiful SUMMER shots.....many people have mentioned how misled they felt after moving here... it's not like that at other times of the year. If you're thinking of moving to R.I. my suggestion would be to go look at those places NOW and see if you feel as enthusiastic about moving. If you do... then R.I. might be right for you. Mikey

Can we keep this thread to photos? I have a lot of strong opinions about RI, but how about some pictures of the how nice the state can be, too.

This is a great idea for photos of Rhode Ilsand that we could all enjoy. Relish in the beauty of Rhdoe Ilsand and keep the discussion of Rhode Island, good or bad, on another posted topic. Please post more photos!!!!!

The pictures are great and how about us who live here not trashing it on line. It is a beautiful state and we need everyone to come and enjoy it and who knows maybe they can convince some good industry to come here because we sure could use it.

Your photos posted on 2/08 sure brought back some powerful memories for us. We have not been in RI since 2006 and forgot how beautiful it is. Those are amazing photos and we especially liked the ones in Narragansett. Hope you post more pics...
