I need to get myself to Philly on Sunday afternoon. I've never used the train service and thought I'd give it a try. Since it's a Sunday departure, I'm not competing with midweek commuters. What are my parking options?

The last time I did this, I parked in the Providence Place Mall Parking lot @ $25/day. I have also parked at the train station parking lot long ago and don't know the current rate. The problem with the rather conveniently located train station lot is that it is frequently full.
Update: Since it was a Sunday, I was able to park in the train station garage. $9.25/day.
Amtrak to Philly is painful. The train crawls through Fairfield County on that substandard track. If the train went 120+ MPH the whole way, it would be worth it. It should be a 3 hour trip. After that experiment, I'm going to go back to flying.

I don't blame you. I'll take Acela to New York on occasion, but I wouldn't go further than that.
