The Aldrich estate in Warwick Neck used to be available for that, I think it still is. it's a beautiful mansion right on the bay (the party scene from the movie "Meet Joe Black" was filmed there).
Aldrich Mansion - RI Reception Site for Weddings and Corporate Events I worked there when I was in high school-it's on par with some of the Newport mansions.
