I am hoping the moderator doesn't cut this post. I am in a tough situation. I am from California but live in East Providence. I bought a house last year and totally gutted and renovated it. I listed it on the market for less than what I bought it for + labor and materials for renovations. I am trying to sell it so I can walk away without paying out of my pocket for commission. I know this site isn't for ads and I am not trying to make one. I just need to sell it because of spousal and family issues. I am not selling this house to make money and wouldn't be selling it if I were staying in RI. If anyone knows anyone who is looking to buy a totally renovated home in the E. Prov area, please private message me. It is a great deal. Again, I am not trying to make money, I just need to get back home.
