Strictest regulation policies in the country.

Edibles must be unappealing to children.

Edibles can't have more than 5% THC.

No home growing.

Limit on how much marijuana can be possessed in your home. Unspecified at this time.

Sales tax will be 20%.

Expected tax revenue is $6.5 million per year.

60% of the tax revenue will go in the general fund.

15% of the tax revenue will be split among all of the towns - based on a formula.

There will be no limit to the number of retail stores, but any town can create its own zoning restrictions or completely ban sales. Even if towns ban sales, they will still receive their chunk of the 15%.

Stores will open as early as January 2020.

Find it ironic the police association is against the legalization of recreational weed. When they take the same energy to stop drinking alcohol.....then I'll listen to them.
