I am totally disgusted with the way this has been handled by Mayor Elorza, UpriseRI, BLM and the police. To heal we need accountability on all sides. Mayor Elorza has not mentioned the two families behavior at all. The media and other groups need to report the whole story and not just show a 30 second clip. This behavior is becoming the norm all over Providence. The Mayor and police should get together and get on the same page. Going to a house 42x is unacceptable. Complaints from the family about children being traumatized but what were the children subjected to before the police arrived? Was this the same family that was involved in a brawl at Lincoln woods beach this month? Why are the police swearing and acting unprofessional? Lets get together and fix the problem not add to it. Mayor Elorza lets not make this the norm in our city.

Ditto! The city's entire approach to such repeated uncivil behavior is a failure. It only encourages it.

That is one of the two houses involved (the grey one on the left). Any word of a big fire or anything (ormari, I believe you don't live far from there?)? My guess would be the people in the other house trying to burn it down. It just will not end...
§ 11-4-6 Arson – Fifth degree. – Any person who knowingly attempts to cause, procure, aid, or counsel by fire or explosion the damage or destruction of any property mentioned in §§ 11-4-2 – 11-4-5 shall, upon conviction, be fined not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or imprisonment for not less than one year nor more than twenty (20) years.
