Where to advertise beautiful East Side apartment?
I have a beautiful huge condo for rent in September in the heart of the East Side, just across from Brown University - we are asking $1500 a month, it is a one-bedroom, but has an extra room so potentially could be used as a two-bedroom.
It is perfect for a couple, so the rent could be split. We allow dogs and cats, which I think is a great selling point.
We have it listed on craigslist but have not received as many inquiries as usual. Actually we have received only two so far.
The current tenants are moving out in September, so I want to get someone in there soon!
I am wondering if I'm missing something - do people generally still use craigslist to find their East Side rentals? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Craigslist is great and its free to list (make sure to put up a few pictures)! You can also list in the Projo.

Yes, that's what I thought, but because of the low response this time around, I had to make sure I was not missing some new amazing place to find (and list) places to live.

Yup, it's on there. Not many responses though and time is getting short. I have not tried projo yet but I think that or riliving is my next step.
Thanks!

Also, if you list it with craigslist make sure to list it almost every day or else you will get buried.

Does riliving have rentals? I thought it was just sales. You can try rentprov.com too.
