a few of my son's prescriptions are compounded. I'll need to transfer those when I move. I've googled, but can't find anything in Providence. I saw one in Cranston, but since I'll be living in Mass, that won't work.
There are only 2 compounding pharmacies in RI that I'm aware of. One is in Cranston on Reservoir Ave, the other is Pawtuxet Valley in Coventry. The are both reputable. The latter would be even further from you.
hi could you tell me how one can get started getting there prescriptions compound, Thanks for all your help
I'm not sure what you mean by your question. I take my written script from the doctor to the compounding pharmacy. I choose a flavor, and pay for the compounded script up front. Then I mail receipts to my insrance for reimbursement.

There is a new compounding pharmacy just south of Providence that recently opened. They have a large compounding lab and can do just about anything. It's beautiful inside. They deliver throughout Rhode Island and I believe they ship anywhere.

Apparently, East Side Prescription Center at 632 Hope Street on the East Side of Providence is also a compounding pharmacy. I've never had anything compounded by them, but I get my regular prescriptions there and have been quite happy with them.
