Default Windsor at Brentwood (North Providence)

Hi all -

Quick question...I'm starting to research apartment rentals for when I move home to RI. Does anyone have any information on Windsor at Brentwood? Their rental prices seems pretty reasonable for a one bedroom ($750 per month). Pics look good.

Is there something I don't know...like why the prices are so low? Is it in a hard to access area, etc?

thanks!
R~

Try to get into one of their renovated apartments.

Otherwise, I'm not aware of any total horror stories. It's North Providence though so be a little aware.

thanks GermanSpy - quick question tho...is north providence not so hot an area anymore? I lived there in mid 90's, right off mineral spring and it was perfectly fine. Has it changed? If so what areas of North Prov should I be avoiding? thanks a bunch...

That area is fine. That side of Smithfield road (the road it is on) is nice and kind of quite. I use to run by that complex all the time, and my ex girlfriends sister use to live there and it is semi higher end. I think $750 is a great price for this complex. The only area in NP that is a little not so great is near Pawtucket and even that is not super bad.

thanks MikeB! I was wondering if North Providence (in that particular area) had changed. Glad to hear it's still a-ok.

I live nearby and the apartments look ok to me. They maintain the property and plow the lots when it snows. I don't know how they were constructed....maybe noisy with neigbors but you may need to ask someone who live there. The area is fine.
