North Providence has some of the highest crime rates in RI, however the high school also has a high graduation rate (94%) compared to the other urban high schools. I don't know much about North Providence, but they must be doing something right, despite the high rate of crime.

Could you please post a link to those stats since NP is supposed to have a relatively low crime rate.

NP does have a relatively low crime rate. Highest crime rates are Providence, Woonsocket, Central Falls.
