sgouros is a nut everyone knows. he failed to stand against the dishonored nk superintendent jim halley, who misappropriated hundreds of thousands in childrens special needs funds including on steak and lobster outing for his cronies, found by superior court to have lied in order to close a school, and much more. as well as numerous other things. but sgouros rants and raves about how much more taxes we should all pay. for corrupt superintendents i suppose. sgouros, please, you're an incredibly distasteful nutjob. stop contributing to RI's problems.
