Default Sport camps?

Hi, I'm a student from East Greenwich High school. I'm interested into playing sports again, I use to play sports such as soccer, however I wanted to focus on my studies and I sustained an injury, so I took a break. I never really went to camps or anything for sports even when I was little. There was rec soccer and that was about it. Same goes for basketball. The reason why I wasn't able to make JV basketball this year, when I tried out was because I was told by the coach I needed to go to a camp to learn some of the things I never learned hands down in rec.

Now, I'm interesting in playing + trying out again next in alot of sports, not just soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey and basketball too, preferably. But I haven't played lacrosse and field hockey ever before, so I was wondering if there were any places that offered to teach teens the sport this late? Any clinics or such? I really need to brush up my skills in soccer/basketball too.

Does anyone reccomend or know any good sport clinics/camps for the sports of lacrosse, field hockey, and basketball during the summer?

I heard that theres always a couple sport camps at hendricken/moses brown, but it's probably going to be pricey...and I'm not sure if it's for beginners either, in the case of field hockey and lacrosse.

I know rhode island college has some sports camps, but I think they are more for those that already play. Bryant has a lacrosse camp, but I think its the same idea. I know your high school has a large cross country team. I would just go out for that. Thats what I did when I got sick of warming the bench on the varsity soccer team. I did not have must of an interest in running at first, but it did not take too long to get hooked. You also get to run all the races no matter how fast you are.

check out Bryant, Brown, URI, PC, RIC etc... for their camps. Each sport usually has a camp that they run. They are not always pricey, and they do come with a lot and will be a good experience. Also, they do have all levels.
