Default Cumberland

Hi.. I am moving to RI and was planning to buy a house in Cumberland. Looking at zillow for some of the houses in cumberland, it says the high school is central falls which seems to have an extremely poor rating. Is it actually possible for one to stay in Cumberland but to attend school in Central Falls? I have not really encountered this before in any of the previous 2 places that I have stayed in

Thanks!!

There is a Cumberland High School- see the link- maybe if you're near the CF border it's Central Falls.

Cumberland High School - Cumberland, Rhode Island - RI - School overview

You might be better off trying to buy in Lincoln- it has a more highly rated HS.

I lived in Cumberland for six years. If you live within the city limits of Cumberland, you'll go to Cumberland HS.

Don't trust Zillow on school info. They tend to be wrong.

If you're looking in Cumberland, I'd stay out of Valley Falls--look in Cumberland Terrace, Cumberland Hill or any of the nicer areas. Valley Falls used to be its own entity, but later combined under Cumberland's charter.

Thanks... That was helpful. I did try in Lincoln but the home prices seem to be a little higher than Cumberland.

Valley Falls isn't the worst place, but it wouldn't be my first choice for Cumberland.

Again, as said, I would to Lincoln if you could.
