This has already been mentioned on another thread but....

Mark Oltedale from Remax in East Greenwich really did an excellent job of selling our home in late 2007. The market was crap, but he managed to get a lot of people interested in the house and came up with an acceptable offer.

I would definitely recommend him. He was very through and professional.
