Hey does anyone know where or if dirt (topsoil) can be dumped legally and for free in Rhode Island?

There used to be a company located at the intersection of Ten Rod Rd and Route 2 in North Kingstown (on the right side heading west out of Wickford). They had a sign "loam" - Loam is the name given to topsoil and they sold it. The woman's name is/was Joan. As I said, I don't know if they are still in business at that location, but nice family.

If they are in the business of selling, they might be willing to buy yours.
