Question Considering buying in Woonsocket Is an OK area?
I am considering buying a 3 family on Wood Ave. and a 6-unit on Mowry St. Are these safe areas? How walkable are they? They are all rented, long term tenants, and in pretty good shape. Is there anything unusual I should know about like floods or toxic anything or ...?

Woonsocket is in RI. I decided not to purchase the property.
