Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts about renting an apartment at the flats at West Broad Village (Short Pump) vs. Creek's Edge at Stony Point. I'm basically curious about the neighbourhood safety, and whatever other opinions you have. Thanks.

both are pretty nice, located near a mall, but west broad village is a much larger scale place with a huge clubhouse and pool, and has many retail options, but stony point has a hospital and very-high-end mall next to it (Stony Point Fashion Park) both are very nice. welcome to richmond, btw
